bisquick_cookbookIf you are in search of a Bisquick cheeseburger pie recipe or any other Bisquick related recipe, the Betty Crocker Ultimate Bisquick Cookbook is for you. As an avid cookbook collector, I can honestly say that it is one of my favorites.

I’m probably dating myself when I say I grew up on cheeseburger pie. This ‘impossible’ creation came to be in the 1970s and was an immediate hit in kitchens everywhere. Since then, Bisquick has come up many more impossible pie recipes… ranging from breakfast entrées to desserts.

One of the reasons I love the cookbook is the fact that it contains 280 brand-new recipes, not included in any other publication. It includes a bit of Bisquick history and several pages of baking related questions and answers, as well.

Whether you are on a quest to bake the perfect biscuits, pancakes, waffles, dumplings, shortcakes or muffins, the question and answer section will assist you in making it happen.

Even though food prices continue to rise, Bisquick remains extremely affordable (not to mention versatile). Pair this cookbook with a copycat Bisquick recipe, for an even greater savings.

It has over 400 pages of yummy recipes, photos and suggestions, for making the most out of your box of baking mix.

Are you a Bisquick cheeseburger pie lover? If so, I highly recommend that you pick up a copy of this wonderful cookbook. In the meantime, feel free to share your favorite ‘impossible pie’ recipe, below.
